Cookie Policy

Last updated: February 11, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function properly, improve user experience, and provide analytical information to site operators.

This Cookie Policy explains how TOO “NOCODIA” (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Teamly platform (the “Service”). This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Cookie Choices & Consent

When you first visit the Service, we will ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies (functional and analytics) on your device. You can modify your cookie preferences at any time through:

  • Browser Settings: Configure your browser to block or delete cookies, or to notify you when a cookie is being set
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals transmitted by your browser as a valid opt-out of non-essential cookies and tracking under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA and Colorado CPA)
  • Direct Request: Contact us at privacy@teamly.run to update your cookie preferences

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as they are essential for the Service to function (e.g., authentication). Disabling functional or analytics cookies may affect your experience but will not prevent you from using the core Service.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. They include authentication tokens (managed by Clerk), CSRF protection tokens, and session management cookies. These cookies do not require your consent under applicable law.

3.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences and settings, such as UI state (sidebar position, theme preferences) and form data. They enhance your experience but are not strictly required for the Service to operate. These cookies are set only with your consent.

3.3 Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Service by collecting information about pages visited, features used, and navigation patterns. This data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. These cookies are set only with your consent.

3.4 Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use. Each third-party provider has its own privacy and cookie policies:

  • Clerk — Authentication session cookies (Clerk Privacy Policy)
  • Convex — Real-time data connection cookies (Convex Privacy Policy)

We do not allow third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies on the Service.

4. Cookies Used on This Service

The following table lists the specific cookies used on the Service, their purpose, duration, and category:

5. Similar Technologies

5.1 Local Storage

The Service uses browser local storage (localStorage) to store UI preferences, form data, and temporary application state. Local storage data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear local storage through your browser's developer tools or settings.

5.2 Session Storage

The Service may use session storage (sessionStorage) for temporary application state that is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab.

5.3 Web Beacons and Pixels

We do not currently use web beacons (also known as “tracking pixels” or “clear GIFs”) in marketing emails or on the Service. If we introduce them in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and they will be subject to your cookie consent preferences.

6. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out of non-essential cookies and tracking technologies under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including California CCPA/CPRA and Colorado CPA). When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will:

  • Not set functional or analytics cookies for the browser and device transmitting the signal
  • Treat the signal as a valid opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information (though we do not sell or share data)
  • Apply the opt-out to the specific browser and device from which the signal is sent

Do Not Track (DNT): Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how online services should respond to DNT signals. We treat GPC signals as the authoritative opt-out mechanism. We do not alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals alone, as there is no legal requirement to do so in most jurisdictions.

For more information about GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Below are links to cookie management instructions for common browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

For general information about cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.

Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impact the core functionality of the Service, including authentication. You will not be able to log in or use the Service if these cookies are blocked.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through:

  • Updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy
  • A notice within the Service for significant changes
  • Requesting renewed consent if the changes affect how we use non-essential cookies

For questions about our use of cookies, to exercise your cookie preferences, or for any related concerns, contact us at privacy@teamly.run.
